A not so white Christmas

After indulging me with a very Disney year Carl wanted to go snowboarding. After some research and looking for decent deals Sauze d'oulx in Italy was selected. We booked flights from Birmingham Sun 20/12 - Sun 27/12. We stayed at the clotes apartments. Here is the view from our room.

Unfortunately for the boarders there had been very little snow across Europe so far. They were able to get some runs in though whilst i spent most of the week ambling around town. Suzie joined me on occasion which was nice.

on the 23rd Suze and I went on a hunt for food for our Christmas meal, we were so pleased to find sprouts! that evening we did a wine tasting followed by a fantastic quiz night (which we won) and dancing the night away

Gavs brother joined us on this trip but I haven't okayed it with him to share his photo/info so I have cropped him out.

On Christmas Eve Carl, Gav Suze and myself caught the train into Turin. Unfortunately it was quite foggy and we spent a lot of time searching for a Christmas market which was unfortunately closed.

We picked up some pizza on he way back then I watched muppets Christmas Carol at 1am again!

Christmas day the boys went boarding for a bit the Gav and his bro cooked dinner, I made a dessert of Panetone with Espresso Mascarpone filling and we watched a christmas film
